0421699367Our Support Workers have the training, experience and enthusiasm to take clients beyond the home and help them to enjoy those things that life around them has to offer.
In most cases, help with these activities can be provided by the same Support Worker who provides in-home support. Openchoice Support Services hand-picks team members from our own staff to best meet our clients’ needs in every case.
Living with a disability can make going out into the community – even simple errands like grocery shopping – a real challenge. Openchoice Support Services Workers have the special skills and training it takes to help our clients get out and experience what life in the wider community has to offer.
Our workers are available to provide assisted travel to appointments and activities in private vehicles and on public transport.
We provide one-on-one, individualised training designed to teach older adults and people with disabilities to build their capacity to travel independently.
